I've got a new carbon fiber-esque outer shell. Thanks for all the happy thoughts guys it was really touching. I've still got some catching up to do. But I was really feeling the love.

Everything seems to be working fine. I've got some weakness in my legs but being forced into a bed for three days will make it hard on a body. They put 10 bolts and a few other bits to put my vertebrae back together.

Those are actually quite amazing. I have one for working on trees around my house.

I don't exactly trust ladders unless held in place by the front axle of my F150. Even then, physics says trust it and I say NOPE.

Thank God for LED PAR38 lamps. Only have to change it once on my house (Fixture is two stories up)

careful, after my back surgery I was taking this joyous pill and lights at night as we drove along (someone else driving) totally freaked me out. Then at a red light, with a cop sitting behind us I jumped out of the car to vomit, the cop freaked and three other cars turned up for backup. bad timing :D
